What good is physical strength, when your enemies are not seen? What good is it in having “street smarts” , when your ops are from out of this world? If your answer is,… “There is no good in them at all ” then you’ve hit the nail on the head. If you are confused about what i’m even talking about, it’s okay.. most are..its spiritual unawareness.
I want to preface and say that my point of view is coming from a bible believing christian’s perspective. Even if you don’t believe in christianity, or the spirit world at all , that doesn’t make it non-existent. Spiritual warfare is still going on whether you believe in it or not.Most are being afflicted by spiritual gangs right now! they aren’t even aware. With that being said, It’s just best to get spiritually fit to defend yourself.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds
2 Corinthians 10:4
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Ephesians 6:12
What is spiritual Fitness
Spiritual fitness: The type of fitness that focuses on strengthening your spiritual senses (relationship with the holy spirit) to fight against evil forces. It also includes operating in your spiritual gifts so that your discernment and spiritual awareness can be HEIGHTEN.
This will help to protect you against spiritual opposition.
Why do we need spiritual fitness
Anyone can agree, especially in the times we’re in now, that there is a spiritual war going on. You don’t have to be “spiritual” or “christian” to see that. The war between good & evil ; right & wrong.
Even if you don’t believe that there’s an active war happening all around us right now,that doesn’t mean you aren’t being affected by it.Things don’t cease to exist because of your unawareness.
I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”
Genesis 3:15
This bible verse explains why we are at war with unseen & seen forces. When Adam rebelled against God with Satan , god said that hes going to put feud between the offspring of the woman (us) and offspring of the serpent (Nephilim, giants, demons).
Most people interpret this verse as, Jesus being the offspring of the woman and Satan being the one to bruise his heel. To me , I believe that it can also be interpreted as: the curse now being that the opposing offspring will now be at war between one another.
Once you realize that the supernatural is more real than the natural, you’ll start to see the importance of this doctrine.
Spiritual Gym, Weapons & Armour
A Spiritual gym is very similar to a regular physical gym. We go to the gym to exercise our efforts and strengthen our weaknesses. There are 2 places you can go for that in the spirit: Church & A prayer closet. Don’t sleep on the power of prayer and fellowship. When you engage in those “exercises” at the “gym”, spiritually you are shooting missiles at the kingdom of darkness….
The bible says that our weapons are not carnal, meaning they aren’t physical. They aren’t physical because neither is our enemy.
I’ll go more into the weapon of prayer and fellowship at another time…
“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
